The Texas State Track and Field team continued its strong start to the outdoor season, finishing third on the men's side and fourth for the women in the highly competitive Texas Longhorn Invitational on Saturday. The men beat UTSA, Baylor and Stephen F. Austin, three teams ranked ahead of the Bobcats in region while the women beat SMU and Rice, two teams ranked above Texas State in the region.
